1. a) How long will it take for my order to reach me?

You may be confident that the product will be shipped out within 24 hours of placing your order because we keep an inventory of all the items we sell on our website. We aim to deliver your order to your door within 4-6 days, but occasionally deliveries may take a little longer due to unforeseen events and delays.

1. b) Is it possible to track my order?

A confirmation email will be delivered to your mailbox as soon as you place your order. We will send you an email with the relevant information, including your tracking number and a link to track your order, as soon as the order has been processed by our team and shipped out of our warehouse.

1. c) What are the shipping charges?

For orders under Rs. 499, there will be an additional delivery fee of Rs. 80. This sum will be added to your final bill when you place your order.

1. d) What time of day will my order be delivered?

Prior to delivering the package, our courier partners make care to call you. Please make sure you are accessible to hear the calls because typically the product will be returned to our warehouse after three unsuccessful delivery efforts, which are followed by an email reminder from our team.

Currently the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.

1. f) Do you offer cash on delivery?

True, we provide COD. Without having to make an online payment in advance, COD allows you to pay with cash when the merchandise is actually delivered to your door.

The highest order value that may be paid for with Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) is Rs 10,000.

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

1. h) Why is COD not available to me?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
