Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Any order may be cancelled or rejected by us at any time and for any reason. Limitations on the number of available units for purchase, errors or inconsistencies in product or pricing information, and other circumstances are some that can cause an order to be cancelled. If there are any such cancellations, we will let you know, and the money that was charged to your credit or debit card will be returned to it.

By the Customer

Before the item ships and a charge is generated, you can cancel your order or some of the products in it. By sending the item back to us, you can also choose between getting a refund or an exchange for the item. Returns are only permitted, though, provided the item is unopened, salable, in its original packing, and has all of its original tags.

Refund:

Prepaid orders will have their money returned to their original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, etc.) in 5-7 business working days. Customers must enter their bank account information or use Nishtham Ayurveda wallet as their preferred method of payment for Cash on Delivery orders.

Return Policy

7 DAY RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please, ensure that the product is unused and that the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

  1. Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).

In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 48hrs from the date of delivery

  1. Give us 48 working hours to review your request.
  2. After reviewing your return request, as per the issue, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
  3. In case of reverse pick up if the service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
  4. After your product(s) are received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability 

 

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Expired product delivered
  3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  4. Incomplete order – missing products
  5. Opened/ used/ altered products.
